Overview
Creation of a sculptural trail in Slieve Gullion Forest Park, involving installation of interactive artwork and natural stone products to bring the story of the ‘Giant’s Lair’ story alive.
What We Did
On behalf of Tandem Design, we commissioned six steel and bronze sculptures and seven natural stone sculptures. We installed the sculptures in this highly ecologically sensitive environment. Works included installation of concrete foundation plinths, sculpture installation, and final reinstatement to match the existing environment.
Key Detail
Installation of sculptures and natural stone projects in a challenging woodland setting during the busy summer months in the forest park. Design development conserving local artists and sculptors.
