Landmark is a specialist division within the well-established MARTIN construction group. We work either as lead contractor or as a sub-contractor on major landscape architecture initiatives.

This specialist team discipline requires a sound understanding of technical principles, a knowledge of materials and the capacity to analyse data. We are highly experienced in this area.
Groundworks
In order to prepare a site
for construction, our groundworks team will first evaluate past land use. This is likely to include geology, hydrology, soil conditions and any issues such as contamination. We work at
all times within current local and national regulations.
Earthworks and Remediation
Managing the hard landscaping aspect of any project also necessarily involves the proper remediation of any issues – such as contamination or infrastructure – as well as the aesthetic finishing.
